Little Explorers, Big Plans at InGroup

Den building, tree climbing and hot chocolate by the campfire – not your usual Friday at Ingroup! Business was booming too, with 17 members swapping 9 referrals and reporting over £4,500 from past referrals.

Peter, owner of Sunny Brow and Meadow View Nurseries, and manager Clair took us into the woods, where little explorers pull on their wellies whatever the weather. Add a big meadow, a hard play area for rainy days and a whole house next door, and these nurseries are clearly growing fast.

With around 55 staff across the two sites, there’s some seriously impressive organisation behind all the fun. Clever software tracks staffing ratios room by room in real time, plans ahead for future intakes and keeps parents updated on their child’s progress. A smart door system logs everyone in and out to keep children safe. New heating, windows and facilities show a real commitment to improving.
