Anne Shares Light-Based Wellness Approach at InGroup Meeting

At this week’s InGroup meeting, we heard from Anne, who delivered an interesting 10-minute presentation on LifeWave’s phototherapy patches. Anne shared how the patches are designed to support energy, recovery and general wellbeing using light-based technology. She explained how simple they are to use and why she’s passionate about them, particularly as part of maintaining health as we age. It sparked plenty of questions and discussion, with members keen to understand more about the potential benefits she described.
