What sort of services do you provide?
Anything and everything admin-y!

There is an element of admin required in every business, our role is to take away the burden of it from the busy business owner. We support our clients with a huge range of tasks, from the general daily back office paperwork and bookkeeping, newsletter production and social media support, transcription production, research etc., to our working with clients on their bespoke software to ensure smooth running of the business. It’s a cliché, but it’s true to say that no two clients are the same, they all have very different requirements. Some we help for 3-4 hours a month, others we work with daily.

Why is your business special and what are its unique selling points?
As a ‘pick up, put down’ service, we are available as and when our clients need us, be it just for the one hour for a specific one-off task or for regular set hours each week. We give our clients the gift of time

We also have some domestic clients. These tend to be busy businesspeople who need support managing properties, household bills, event planning etc.

How many staff?
Two, including myself.

What sort of things do clients say about you?
How much easier we make their day! We take away the worry of their having to do those tasks that they don’t have time for, or those they don’t have the confidence to undertake quickly themselves.
