Member’s Spotlight – Julian Wilson
This week, Julian Wilson, our Electrical Contractor, led an engaging session on electrical fault finding for our 16 members in attendance. He creatively involved us by simulating an electrical circuit, enhancing our understanding of troubleshooting techniques.
Julian simplified complex concepts, explaining the difference between single and double pole switches, and highlighted the critical step of unplugging appliances to accurately identify faults. His practical demonstration made the challenging task of fault finding accessible to all. Beyond technical skills, Julian shared stories from his work, demonstrating the importance of patience and practical skills in resolving electrical problems and delivering excellent customer service.
The session wasn’t just informative; it was also a testament to the strength of our group, generating almost £6000 in business through 7 referrals. A productive and enlightening meeting thanks to Julian!
