Aaron introduced Host and Stay highlighting its rapid expansion across the UK, with around 300 properties in Whitby alone. He emphasised Host and Stay’s low management fees, flexible contracts, and comprehensive owner support, including full professional photography, floorplans, and 3D tours. Notably, Aaron detailed the holiday home market’s growth in the Lake District, pointing out a 33% increase in properties since last year.

He also introduced their partner referral programme, offering a choice of fixed or variable fees for referrals. Aaron concluded by highlighting Host and Stay’s marketing efforts and their commitment to local engagement and quality service, making them a notable player in the holiday home sector.
