Members’ spotlight – Steve Howard

Really interesting 10 minute slot from Steve this morning. The focus on Sales, People and Performance Numbers just about summed up the way I have been looking at my business recently. And whilst it was good to note that I am following some of the practices Steve was advocating, there are a quite a number of points he made – particularly around getting the most from my team, and finding our Edge – that have given me some serious food for thought, and ideas on what I might be able to take forward myself.

Sometimes it’s easy to think that your problems as a business owner are unique to you, but when you understand the practical and successful steps taken by some of the clients Steve has worked with can also be applied to your own business, you realise that you are not on your own and there are solutions out there.
