Kevin from Stead Mortgages enlightened us to how an Independent Mortgage Advisor works today. Explaining how he provides the best solution to a customer after a thorough fact finding session.Kev took us through the different solutions he can provide depending on what each client requires from his mortgage, also during the Q&A session afterwards it was interesting to learn that some mortgage advisors advertising themselves as ‘Independent Mortgage advisors’ but are actually limited to using around 20 companies, unlike Kev who can provide a offer from all companies on the market.
