Claire Mason from CancerCare Visits InGroup

At this week’s InGroup meeting, 20 members attended and shared 10 referrals, generating over £7.5k in business from past referrals. Our guest speaker, Claire Mason from CancerCare, spoke passionately about their work supporting people affected by cancer and bereavement across North Lancashire and South Cumbria.

CancerCare offers free counselling, massage, hypnotherapy, Reiki, creative groups, and even therapeutic woodwork—all tailored to the individual and open to families and carers too.

They receive no government funding, relying on local support to raise £1.8 million a year.
