Members’ spotlight – Andy Little
Andy did a great job this morning with a 10 minute presentation on how Natwest can help clients with a less conventional situation and needing finance. Working in his current role for 29 years at Barclays and then Natwest, Andy has a huge range of experience and recently was able to help a client who had no tangible security available.
Using the Enterprise Finance Guarantee Scheme (EFG). Where a lending proposition stands up in all respects except the availability of some security. The government will offer 75% of the loan if the bank is willing to stand 25%.
With this scheme Andy was able to offer the full loan amount and help the customer move forward with their business plans.
