We have approximately 20-25 attendees each week with a named member presenting his/ her company (or aspects of their company) to the group for ten minutes.
In an effort to ‘spice things up’ we also have a set of pre-determined dates when we invite charities or other outside organizations to the Group where we give them 10 minutes to tell us about themselves while raising their profile, this is followed with a 5 – 10 mins Q&A. The 10 minute presentation can be hooked up to a screen for PowerPoint or it can be done round the table informally with any leaflets / handouts as an aid memoir.
In exchange for your time, the charity are then paid a donation of £200 from our funds.
Broadly speaking, we meet at 8am, natter for a bit over a coffee, then sit down for a round table chat, discussion and then the 10 minutes presentation followed by a breakfast.
